Why is it important to evaluate a Source?

The things to remember when evaluating a web cite is that anyone can post a web page on whatever topic they wish too. That means your neighbor can post a page on the proper steps to follow when performing open heart surgery even if he has never done it and really works as a Fed Ex man.
